Do you offer shipping?
We offer shipping across Canada. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping. Some items—particularly oversized, fragile, or one-of-a-kind pieces—may not be eligible for standard shipping. If you're in Toronto, you can select local delivery or in-store pickup at checkout. Need help arranging private shipping? Contact us—we’re happy to help.
How does local delivery work?
We offer local delivery within Toronto, with pricing based on distance from our Leslieville location. Most deliveries are made within 2 business days. We will let you know a delivery eta on the day of delivery. For oversized or fragile items we will coordinate a date and time to safely deliver your item(s).
What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Returns can be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. You can start a return through your customer account portal or by emailing us at returns@maudeandarte.com. Items must be returned in original condition.
Can I get more info or photos of a product?
Absolutely. We’re happy to send additional photos or answer any questions you may have. Use the live chat on our site for the fastest response from our team—we usually reply within minutes. Alternatively, you can visit us in-store for in person help.
What do the sizes listed correspond to?
Our size measurement is meant to quickly give you a sense of the relative size a piece. For each category, here is a guide:

Where can I use my gift card?
All M&A gift cards can be used online or instore. Simply enter the gift card number at checkout online or give the code to us instore to redeem. All gift cards are redeemable online for 1 year from purchase.
