
At Maude&Arte, we take pride in offering a thoughtful collection of home goods—including fragile, oversized, and one-of-a-kind items. To ensure your items a safe trip home we always recommend using our in-store pickup or local delivery. However, we do offer shipping on most items, expect for oversized and extremely fragile items.
In-Store Pickup
Order online and select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. Your order will usually be available within 2 hours at our 1107 Queen St E. We’ll notify you when your item is ready for pickup at our store. Occasionally some items require a longer fulfillment time to transfer items from our warehouse, so please wait for you pickup notification to avoid disappointment.
Local Delivery
We'll bring your order direct to you faster than shipping through the mail. We offer local delivery within Toronto, with pricing based on distance from our Queen Street East location. Most deliveries are made within 2 business days. We will let you know a delivery eta on the day of delivery. For oversized or fragile items we will coordinate a date and time to safely deliver your item(s).

- $19.95 for addresses in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Canada-Wide Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping for orders over $250 on most items. We aim to ship all packages within two business days of ordering, often times within 24 hours. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout as well. We ship most orders with Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.
Unfortunately, extremely heavy, oversized and fragile items cannot be shipped.
Returns
We want you to love your pieces—but if something’s not quite right we'll happily help you return your item.
Most items can be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery if they are in original condition with original packaging (if applicable).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, login to your customer account or email us at returns@maudeandarte.com. If you would prefer to return your item in person, we can also facilitate a return at our Queen Street East location.
Eligible Returns
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: Custom orders and Sale items.
Furniture is subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover delivery, pickup and storage costs.
How to return
- Shipped Orders: a complimentary return label will be issued for your order.
- In-store and Pickup orders must be returned to our Queen Street East location.
- Local delivery orders: depending on the nature of the item, we will either issue a return shipping label or pickup the item from your door.
